A tea and cake at the RNLI coffee morning

Harwich to Brightlingsea - A packed Friday meeting with constituents, supporting local events, and celebrating Tourism Week! The day started with a surgery at the beautiful Guildhall, a tea and cake at the RNLI coffee morning, and some shopping at Harwich Market. As part of Tourism Week, I highlighted the Electric Palace Cinema, a historic gem from 1911 that’s still showing films today!

I then visited Acorn Village to discuss the challenges charities face with future funding and even bumped into local councillor Tanya Ferguson before I wrapped up the day in Brightlingsea with constituency meetings and an AGM.

Great to be out and about engaging with the community!
