Bernard joining the 2023 IPT Poppy Ride

Today we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice to defend our country and freedoms and I will be laying wreaths and attending local remembrance services across the constituency. We will remember them!

Earlier this week, I also planted a tribute, dedicated to the fallen of Harwich and North Essex, in the garden of Remembrance, located in New Palace Yard on the Parliamentary Estate.

I also participated in the 2023 IPT Poppy Ride, helping to raise money for the Royal British Legion so that they can continue to provide lifelong financial, social, and emotional support for the Armed Forces Community.
